Hey There!
As founder and CEO of Aurelius Wells Education, LLC (AWE), I love making a positive impact on the lives of those around me.
My work as Program Director for Early Childhood and Teacher Education at Cuyahoga Community College, has allowed me to use my knowledge in early childhood and community connections to develop tomorrow's educators.
I believe that education and community service should be relational and humanistic, adhering to the South African Ubuntu philosophy of "I am because we are; therefore I am."
Relationships enable us to construct our schools, communities, and families.
Two are better than one because the other will pick them up if one falls. I would love for you to join me. Let's inspire, educate, and mentor together!

I met Tatiana when I was a young praise dancing kid and shortly after she became Mommy Tati.
I feel that I can say I’ve experienced her in almost every area of her life and if not her life definitely mine. I’ve seen her in action at work, church, as a mother, as a guidance counselor and even as a mentor. I know that if I need something I can come to her for answers, and if she doesn’t have the answers at the moment she will find the answers.
I believe I met Tatiana while she was working in childcare. I remember spending a lot of time in her office. She welcomed me into her home shortly after, took me to my first play; A Christmas Carol, and it felt like I was there almost every weekend. I felt loved and accepted in her presence.
Tatiana is a great teacher whether it’s dance or educating. As a mother/mentor she is always motivating and encouraging anyone to do better and be greater in life. If you need any advice you can go to her, information on colleges to attend, she has it. Information about daycares for my child, starting a business or anything that comes to mind, she has it all. I am so grateful to have her in my life.
Thank you for loving me, being a part of the village that raised me and always being there for me. Thank you for pushing me to keep my word and holding me accountable at all times. You are truly the best Momma Tati in the world.

Tatiana Wells has been my mentor for over 10 years and throughout our journey, she has been a great asset to my life. Her inspiration for being a leader and servant for children and teens has inspired me to continue to pursue higher education. I recently contacted her to discuss the pursuit of my doctorate and as always, she was able to advise me to follow my dreams to identify the keys of success to access my open doors. Her drive for success is in her everyday work, and she has continued to set an example for me and many young black professionals.

As a business owner and a woman Tatiana has been there for me in just about every way possible. She encouraged me to go to hair school when I didn’t feel like I had what I thought it took for me to succeed in cosmetology school, she pushed me to work pass my fears. Tatiana even took the time to drive me to the school, helped me register, and do paperwork. With her much needed love and support I finished school with excellence. I am now a salon owner with other businesses lined up and getting ready to launch.. I truly believe everybody needs a Tatiana she is AWEsome.
