As founder and CEO of Aurelius Wells Education, LLC (AWE), I love making a positive impact on the lives of those around me.
My work as Program Director for Early Childhood and Teacher Education at Cuyahoga Community College, has allowed me to use my knowledge in early childhood and community connections to develop tomorrow's educators.
I believe that education and community service should be relational and humanistic, adhering to the South African Ubuntu philosophy of "I am because we are; therefore I am."
Relationships enable us to construct our schools, communities, and families.

Ms. Tatiana has always been very pleasant and someone that has been instrumental in my growth and self-development. She instilled lifelong skills in me at the age of 21 that I will use forever. She coaches, molds, and helps anyone she can in a very personal yet professional way. The definition of “shero” is a woman admired or idealized for her courage, noble qualities, a heroine. She is definitely one to be admired and she is my shero. I am forever grateful for the day she graced my life.

Tatiana Wells has been my mentor for over 10 years and throughout our journey, she has been a great asset to my life. Her inspiration for being a leader and servant for children and teens has inspired me to continue to pursue higher education. I recently contacted her to discuss the pursuit of my doctorate and as always, she was able to advise me to follow my dreams to identify the keys of success to access my open doors. Her drive for success is in her everyday work, and she has continued to set an example for me and many young black professionals.

As a business owner and a woman Tatiana has been there for me in just about every way possible. She encouraged me to go to hair school when I didn’t feel like I had what I thought it took for me to succeed in cosmetology school, she pushed me to work pass my fears. Tatiana even took the time to drive me to the school, helped me register, and do paperwork. With her much needed love and support I finished school with excellence. I am now a salon owner with other businesses lined up and getting ready to launch.. I truly believe everybody needs a Tatiana she is AWEsome.
